We’ll start today with the Old Testament and then finish up tomorrow with the New Testament. Relaaaaax, take a deeeeep breath and pray through each precious word.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6)
The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. (Psalm 9:9)
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. (Psalm 55:22)
When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. (Psalm 56:3-4)
In my anguish I cried to the LORD, and he answered by setting me free. The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? (Psalm 118:5-6)
When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet. Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared. (Proverbs 3:24-26)
